IT problems have affected the availability of the library databases and ePortal intermittently over the past week. Contractors eventually isolated the problem at an external data centre that houses our equipment.
We've been advised that all network connections are restored (as of11:00AEST 6/3/2013) and we're advised that we should see a major imporovement in the speed of our connection.
We can only apologise for disruption to your studies and the subsequent frustration experienced while trying to access our services.
